Porto de Galinhas Sign

Installed by the Ipojuca town government in November 2015, the sign on the square is about 3 meters high and 5 long, with red, yellow, green and blue letters and LED lighting at the base at night. The letters were given a fiberglass coating to withstand sun and rain.
In September 2021, new signs went up at Praça das Esculturas, on Rua Beijupirá and on the Rua da Esperança pedestrian promenade, in a partnership between the town government, the company Elo and the Associação de Hotéis de Porto de Galinhas (the local hotel association). The one on Beijupirá stands next to a colorful chicken and a set of mock façades.
