Freediving Porto de Galinhas
Freediving Porto de Galinhas is a freediving (breath-hold diving) school run by Argentine instructor Fernando de la Vega. It suits those who want to learn to dive on a single breath, with proper technique and safety, and those looking for a small-group snorkeling tour in the Serrambi natural pools.
Courses follow the CMAS system, in three levels, with theory classes, pool sessions and sea sessions. The content covers breathing, diving techniques, equalization, physiology, equipment and environmental conservation. The school also organizes depth training, freedives on shipwrecks and a breath-hold course geared toward spearfishing.
The snorkeling tour in Serrambi lasts 1 hour 30 minutes and includes mask, snorkel, fins, photos and videos. In March 2026, it cost from R$ 170 per person. Since it depends on low tide, the date and time must be booked in advance.
