Porto Alto Resort
A timeshare resort run by GAV Resorts, right on the sand at Muro Alto Beach, in Ipojuca, opened in October 2024. It caters to families with children, couples and groups, and accepts small dogs.
There are 395 units in four seafront blocks, from 32 m² to 73 m². The categories on sale include the Sea Suite, for up to two people, Smart units with a view of the pool, the leisure area or the outside, and the Brisa Suite, for up to four, plus two-bedroom apartments for up to six.
The rate includes breakfast, served from 7:00 to 10:00, and one parking space. The resort has a restaurant serving regional dishes, à la carte options, a pizzeria, a burger restaurant and 24-hour room service. The leisure area includes a heated infinity pool, a children's water park, kids' playroom, game room, spa, gym, beauty salon and swim-up bar.
Check-in from 14:00 and check-out by 11:00. The resort is 100% non-smoking, and bookings that include a Thursday night may require a change of unit. Small dogs are accepted for a cleaning fee.
