It is not a hotel with a single nightly rate. The apartments have two or three bedrooms and belong to private owners. Some of them are managed by La Fleur Collection, the ARA group's vacation rental operator, which handles check-in, cleaning and linens. Other units are rented out directly by their owners or by hosts, with their own rules.
In La Fleur Collection units, guests also use the facilities of Samoa Beach Resort, on the most sheltered stretch of the Muro Alto natural pool, where kayaks and stand-up paddleboards are free. Meals are not included: the apartments have kitchens, and Samoa has restaurants and bars. This condominium is different from Polinésia Villa & Resort, another development by the same group.
