Oka Beach Residence
R$$$Oka Beach Residence is a condominium of apartments and bungalows on the Muro Alto seafront, in Ipojuca (PE), completed in 2016 by Queiroz Galvão. It is not a hotel: the units belong to private owners and are let as holiday rentals, for families and groups who want their own kitchen and the condominium's leisure facilities.

Non-owners book with the unit's owner, with a vacation rental management company or on booking sites. There is no single hotel rate, and the rules for check-in, linens and parking depend on who rents out the unit. Meals are not included.
The grounds cover 8 hectares, with a coconut grove. The apartments range from 60 to 65 m², with two bedrooms and one suite, and there are 150 and 165 m² bungalows with a pool. Leisure facilities include adult and children's pools, a lap pool, the artificial river Oka River, a kids' playroom, a fitness area, sauna, two tennis courts, a multi-sport court, a small sports field, playground, party room and a bar with delivery, with on-site management and concierge.
