Nannai Residence is a condominium of flats on the Muro Alto Beach seafront, in Ipojuca (PE), next to the NANNAI Muro Alto resort. It is run separately from the resort: the units belong to owners and are let as holiday rentals by agencies and hosts, with no single meal plan.

The flats have an equipped kitchen, air conditioning and a balcony, in layouts of one to three bedrooms. There are two-bedroom units for up to eight people. The building has elevators, and check-in is done at the gatehouse.

The condominium has an outdoor pool, tennis court, playground, gym, games room, reception, beach access and private parking. The spa and activities of the neighboring resort are not part of the condominium.
