R$$$$TiaTê is the à la carte restaurant of the Nannai Muro Alto resort, on Muro Alto Beach, in Ipojuca. It serves reinterpreted regional Northeastern Brazilian cuisine with a focus on seafood, and welcomes non-guests with an advance reservation.
The name honors Dona Tereza, matriarch of the founding family of Nannai Muro Alto. The dining room has wooden architecture and a sea view. Desserts include cartola and beijo caboclo, traditional Pernambuco sweets.
It opens Tuesday to Sunday for lunch, from 12:30 to 16:00, and for dinner, from 19:00 to 22:30, and is closed on Mondays. Opened in November 2022, it later began serving the general public. In 2023, oysters with cashew fruit pickles cost R$ 39 and lobster rice with coconut cost R$ 245.
