Baobá

Baobá is the restaurant of Pousada Ecoporto (a guesthouse), on the beachfront in Merepe, about 2 km from the center of Porto de Galinhas. The cuisine is contemporary Brazilian, with seafood, meat, and vegetarian and vegan options.

The menu is by Pernambuco chef Luciana Sultanum. Dishes include shrimp with pineapple gratin and broccoli rice, steak in red wine sauce with fettuccine, and grilled octopus with tapiocas (cassava starch flatbreads).
