Meats include costela (beef ribs) and cupim (beef hump), slow-cooked no bafo (covered, in their own steam) and also served as a mixed plate, plus Argentine picanha (top sirloin cap), maminha (tri-tip) and linguiça (Brazilian sausage) with queijo coalho (a grilling cheese). The pizzas come in savory flavors, such as costela and chicken with catupiry (a Brazilian cream cheese), and sweet ones, such as chocolate.
