Casa das Cores Ateliê
Casa das Cores Ateliê is a shop selling handicrafts and decorative objects in a small gallery on Rua das Piscinas Naturais, in the Vila (the village center of Porto de Galinhas). It suits visitors looking for souvenirs made in Pernambuco to take home or give as gifts.
Most of the pieces are made by the owners themselves, artisans from the same Pernambuco family. The ceramic starfish are the shop's best-known item, and it also sells small papier-mâché saint figurines and hens made from gourds. The saint figurines cost around R$ 60 at the end of 2025.
The gallery is near the bend by the beach where Rua das Piscinas Naturais becomes Rua Esperança, at the same spot as the ticket booth for jangada tours (a jangada is a traditional sail raft), which makes it easy to fit in a visit on the way back from the natural pools.
