Bar do Galo
Bar do Galo is a rustic bar inside the Maracaípe River mangrove, at Pontal de Maracaípe, with simple fish and seafood cooking.
Getting to the bar is part of the visit: you can only reach it on foot, at low tide, crossing mangrove roots and stretches of shallow water. If the tide rises during your visit, you can return by jangada (a traditional sail raft) for a small fee. The jangada tour along the river, with seahorse watching, also passes by.
